As of September 1, 2026, Tarbela Dam has officially hit its peak conservation level of 1,550 feet. Operating at 100% live storage capacity, the reservoir currently holds approximately 5.58 million acre-feet of usable water, providing a crucial boost for Pakistan's agricultural and energy needs.
