Since late 2024, more than 280,000 tonnes of solid waste have reportedly been collected and disposed of, with around 680 tonnes handled daily.

With 2,873 sanitation workers, 597 waste-management vehicles and machines, and a digitised KPI-based monitoring system, the initiative aims to improve cleanliness, accountability and service delivery.

A new special cleaning drive launched on September 1 is covering all 84 union councils, focusing on waste collection, sweeping, drainage and cleaner communities across urban and rural areas. 🏙️✨
